Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using SyncEd, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create or use an account in the system.

2. Purpose of SyncEd

SyncEd is an automated scheduling system designed to assist Signal Village National High School in managing teacher, subject, class, room, and schedule information.

3. Teacher Account

Teachers are responsible for providing accurate information when creating their accounts. Each teacher should use only their own account and should not create an account using another person's identity.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Users should not share their login credentials with other individuals.

5. Proper Use of the System

Users agree to use SyncEd only for legitimate school-related purposes. Users must not intentionally attempt to access, modify, damage, or interfere with information belonging to other users or the school.

6. Schedule Information

Schedule information displayed in SyncEd is intended for school scheduling and management purposes. Teachers should report incorrect or conflicting schedule information to the authorized school administrator.

7. Administrator Authority

Authorized administrators are responsible for managing scheduling information and other administrative functions within SyncEd.

8. Account Termination

An account may be disabled or removed by an authorized administrator when necessary, including cases involving misuse of the system or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to SyncEd, school policies, or system requirements.

10. Agreement

By checking the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
